When and where do events and socials take place?
Events and socials are typically scheduled to alternate between months. Events are hosted at Qualcomm Auditorium—courtesy of Qualcomm. Socials are informal gatherings at local restaurants and other public venues.

General Registration
How much does admission cost?
There are no admission fees to attend events and socials. We only ask that you tell others about your experience.
Who can attend events and socials?
Anyone.
When can I register to attend an event or social?
When events and socials are announced on our website, there will be a registration form available on specific pages for events and socials.
When does registration close?
Registration for events and socials close at noon on the day of the event or social.
What information is required for registration?
We require the following information to correctly process your registration: First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Organization, and E-mail Address. We ask that members enter their Member ID to better our view of the member community.
I have forgotten my Member ID. What now?
Your Member ID is printed on your IGDA membership card. If your card is not available to you, you can obtain your ID number by contacting IGDA.

Okay, I registered! When can I expect a receipt of confirmation?
You should receive a confirmation e-mail immediately after registering. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact us.
Why am I receiving e-mail announcements?
We send e-mail announcements to everyone who registers to attend an event or social, attends an event or social, or subscribes to our mailing list. If you would like to unsubscribe, please contact us.
How do I register a group?
We recommend against registering other people unless you are certain they will attend. If you absolutely need to register a group, we ask that each person in your group registers individually.
When do I receive my badge?
Badges, if available, will be waiting for you at the on-site registration desk.
How do I modify or cancel my registration?
Please contact us regarding all modifications or cancellations.

How do I reserve a hotel room for an event or social?

Other Questions
Can I bring my child(ren) to events and socials?
Events are generally suitable for all ages; however, please understand our events are intended for those involved with the production of interactive entertainment, which may involve graphic violence, adult content, and profanity.
We do not provide on-site child-care services and we therefore recommend against bringing infants or children under eight years of age.
Socials are normally held at local 21-and-up establishments, and by law, no person under twenty-one years of age is permitted inside these venues.
Americans with Disabilities Act - How can I request assistance?

How do I access the Internet at events and socials?
There might be wireless Internet available at a venue; however, we do not provide technical support.
